Chairman Philip Lindquist announced that Southeastern Development Corporation had requested a continuance of the public hearing for Hemlock Hills Phase II to October 19, 2005 and granted an extension for the rendering of a decision to December 31, 2005.
Motion to continue the public hearing for Hemlock Hills - Phase 2 until October 19, 2005 at 8:00 p.m.: David Nagle
Second: Joan DiLillo
